• Orders ship from our Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post
• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
• Priority / Express orders: Ship within 24–48 hours on weekdays
• During peak seasons or holidays, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing

Delivery Notes

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses
• Remote or rural locations may require an additional 2–3 business days
• Carrier delays (weather, customs, service disruptions) are outside our control
