Melinda Bui is an entrepreneur and product founder with over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, product development, and capital markets. She holds respected professional designations including DMS (Derivatives Market Specialist), PMC-II (Certified Product Manager – Pragmatic Marketing), and FCSI (Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute), bringing expertise in strategy, growth, and execution to every project she undertakes.

As the Founder of ME-LIPS, Melinda combined her passion for clean, high-performance beauty with her background in personalization to create the signature 4-in-1 Color-Adaptive Lip & Cheek Tint Balm - a multitasking lip and cheek color that adapts to each wearer’s natural tone while delivering hydration, comfort, and a polished, professional finish.
