ME-LIPS products purchased through Amazon Canada are subject to the return and refund options applicable to the order through Amazon Canada.

To request a return or refund for an Amazon purchase, please visit Your Orders in your Amazon account and follow the return or refund instructions provided for your order.

Shipping, returns, refunds and any applicable fees for purchases completed through Amazon Canada are handled in accordance with Amazon's applicable policies and the options displayed for your order.

Products Purchased Directly from ME-LIPS

If you purchased a ME-LIPS product directly from ME-LIPS rather than through Amazon Canada, please contact us at info@me-lips.com with your order number and details of your request. We will provide the return instructions applicable to your purchase.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or there is another issue with the order.
