I’m Melinda Bui, the founder of ME-LIPS™. After more than 20 years working across capital markets, strategic consulting and product development, I brought the same curiosity and dedication to an idea close to my heart: beauty that feels effortless and uniquely yours.
The journey began with my interest in color-changing lip balms. Years of research, experimenting and redesigning turned that idea into ME-LIPS: a Canadian-made 4-in-1 color-adaptive lip and cheek tint balm.
Why I created ME-LIPS
I wanted a simple way to add color to everyday life, without carrying a whole makeup bag. ME-LIPS brings together lip and cheek color in one jar, with Pink Glow and Warm Red Glow to wear alone or build in layers. The color develops differently on each person.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Canada, I’m proud to build ME-LIPS here in Canada. It’s a beauty brand, but also a story about learning, persistence and bringing a small idea to life.
