Where it started
ColorChangingLipBalms.com was an early home for an idea about lip care and changing color. That earlier concept evolved into ME-LIPS, which now focuses on a buildable 4-in-1 lip and cheek tint. Historical SPF and formula claims from earlier products do not apply to today’s ME-LIPS.

ME-LIPS was founded by Melinda Bui, a Canadian product builder with roots in Vietnam. After years of experiments, research and redesigns, an early color-changing balm idea grew into a purpose-built lip and cheek tint with two signature shades.
